Geography
The town of Lezha, known as Lissus in classical times, was build along the banks of the river Drin (Drilon) including a small hill ( Akropolis, 172 m above sea level), which was used as a fortress.
The castle offers a beautiful view of the Lezha fields and the Adriatic Sea.
