The organisational structure has changed twice since 2006. In 2008 two restorers were removed and replaced with two employees and in 2013 an archeologist and a treasurer was removed and replaced with a worker. The reform of 2104 plans an administrative fusion with the archaeological park of Apollonia.

 

The park has an extension of 30 hectares which includes the ancient city . Except the monumental area, there is also a religious institution from the Bektashi faith .
